Register and Take Test (With CIP – Certification Incentive Program) Checklist

NEW – Texas Educator Certification Program Vendor Transition

Texas teachers seeking CS certification should take note that Texas Educator Certification Examination Program, currently being administered by ETS, will transition to a new vendor, Pearson, on September 1, 2018. Please see this post for more information.

NOTE – This transition DOES NOT effect the August testing window or CIP, as any changes will not take place until September. If you are planning to become certified this fall, please be sure to check back for more information.

WeTeach_CS is offering a $1,000 stipend to currently certified Texas educators who add a CS certification to their resume. For complete information about deadlines and requirements, please read and follow all steps of the CIP Checklist below. Texas teachers must meet eligibility requirements and be accepted to the program prior to testing to qualify for the $1,000 stipend. Please see the Get Certified page for more information on CS Certification.
